You are looking to develop your career in Strategic Highways Asset Management and this is an exceptional, almost unique opportunity for a step up. The Council is committed to making Central Bedfordshire a great place to live and work and has just developed a new Highways strategy and recently embarked on long term collaborative working with a new strategic delivery partner, so we’re looking for the right person to implement this.

You’ll have significant experience in built asset & contract management, be an expert in strategic forward planning, with excellent project, relationship management and influencing skills. It’s a challenging role but being able to get in at the beginning and shape our processes and policies is a rare opportunity and success will make a powerful statement on your CV.
