Lumiere Developments is a young, energetic property development company with a vision to inspire.

Our vision is to help make the world a better place by delivering world class sustainable developments that set the benchmark for others to follow. Making sustainable developments main stream will significantly reduce the carbon footprint of old and new buildings which are major contributors to carbon emissions as a result of poor energy efficiency.

With over 12.6 million deaths per annum worldwide attributed to air pollution by the World Health Organisation, we are committed to a cleaner, greener future for all. We work very closely with a renewable energy company committed to promoting the use of cleaner, green energy sources such as Solar, Wind and Ground Source within commercial and residential space.
